Our preclinical CRO is able to price pre-clinical toxicology far below other Contract Research Organizations since we have a very low overhead in the USA and perform all trials in Kiev, UA where personnel and lab costs are much lower. Our staff in the USA consists only of the company principals who deal directly with clients; we have no marketing costs other than our site, and no central offices, supporting staff or other overhead to increase prices. We have much lower study conduct costs in Kiev, UA due to much lower workers rates and are happy to provide our best rates for longer and more intricate preclinical trials where labor is the most significant part of the overall price. Because we utilize the same stable international suppliers for animal models, reagents and lab materials as other Contract Research Organizations, we have no cost advantage on these items and so less overall cost advantage for very short-term pre-clinical studies.
